We assist the hospital management team to deploy and implement quality healthcare management standards in their organizations. We assist the clients in understanding the accreditation requirements under National (NABH) and/or International (JCI etc.) and guide them through the various stages by providing knowledge resources, training the management and staff, developing metrics for continued improvement and compliance monitoring and corrective action.
We also undertake fact finding or mock audits to identify service gaps and/or compliance issues and recommend corrective action. This service enables the management in understanding the current status of compliance and quality improvement opportunities.
